Description

We are recruiting for scientific editors with a Ph.D./publication experience in:

(1) protein biochemistry, preferably in protein aggregation and stress response.

(2) genomics, specifically genomics and DNA manipulation methods (PCR and CRISPR/Cas9 editing)

(3) cancer immunology

(4) neurology/neuropathology, preferably in neuronal connections/migration/plasticity/degeneration

The work involves editing manuscripts for their intelligibility, readability, clarity, and grammar, and in some cases for scientific objectivity. Editors receive 1–12 manuscripts per month, with turnover times from 36 hours to 6 days. Editors determine their own workload. The returned manuscripts must be of a level suitable for journal submission and meet journal requirements.
